Do NOT buy their breakfast! Over easy eggs with potatoes sausage and toast should not be a challenge to make edible. The eggs were over cooked, the sausage tasted cheap, the potatoes tasted like vegetable oil (eggs too for that matter). The toast wasn't buttered (and no butter or jam packets at the table). $25 for two people..sorry but I expect it to be edible. We left over half of it on the plates. We were the only people there, yet our simple orders took fifteen minutes to get to the table. Save your money and go to a local diner. Hell, show the front desk this review and ask for a recommendation for one nearby. :-)

My fiance paid for a whirpool suite for an overnight after a concert. Incredibly disappointing. The room was big, the bathroom was huge and bathtub was nice but for a room that size the lighting was HORRIFIC. It was dark, dim and the bathroom even had 2 different color lights! Don't bother if you're a woman trying to do your makeup or hair, it's impossible. The bed was hard and springy. We went to make some coffee and they left USED OPENED Water bottles from the previous clients! That was the icing on the cake. I'm not normally one to complain but this was such a bad experience and a total waste of over $300. The lady at the front desk was great and the hotel itself is beautiful but just beware of the suites.

Breakfast selection was horrible and bed was too soft. I had stayed at Spring Hill suites down the road a month prior and that was a MUCH better experience for roughly the same price. Plus was dinner is offered at the Hilton, however I did not partake. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but walls are thin.

Hello I stayed last night in east Syracuse hilton garden.. my stay was horrible the bathroom tub had mold on it we weren’t able to bath. We got cold in the middle of the night the thermostat was not working.I called down to the front desk with no answer. The room was freezing all night. We had to park in the back of the hotel and the side walk was pure ice we slipped and slide to the car with our bags. This hotel was horrible needless to say we will not ever return
