Went to pick up grocceries with my girlfriend. Needed to pick up beer for a get together with friends. We were cashing out and supplied ID’s but were denied purchase of said beer because my girlfriends ID is old and still says under 21 on it even though shes 21. The manager looked at the ID and just said “Nope can’t do it” with a grin on her face. I asked why when we’ve purchased beer from this location several times and it was never a problem. She then proceeded to get snippy with me when i was just confused why this rule only applied this night and not the other countless times. After asking for her name and the corporate # she threatened to not allow us to even purchase our grocceries. After purchasing the grocceries she followed us to the door and told us we were “banned” from wegmans when we hadn’t even been rude. I even apologized to the cashier for holding her up while trying to get the phone #. Steer clear of the manager Erica cause she clearly looks to inconvinience shoppers and threaten them with “bans”.

Wegman's is my go to grocery store, I go to this location often. The down side is that this one is a bit smaller the the others in Syracuse and dose not have quite as large of a selection. The biggest places it is lacking are in the produce and premade food areas. They have been making a lot of changes recently and the store has improved up the bottom line is that they are very limited by there size.

Stopped in to get subs for dinner. The girl in the sub shop was friendly and made two great subs. My only complaint was that the store seemed cramped and crowded. I know they recently renovated but it still felt cramped. I'm use to the Taft Road or Cicero Wegmans that are more spacious. Still, Wegmans is Wegmans.

You guys as a "community based" company should be ashamed of yourselves. Charging $13.87 for a 8oz bowl of soup in Syracuse NY economy? I have been an avid shopper for 30 years and just went tonight to get chicken noodle soup for my sick children and paid $28 for 2 bowls. I paid and didn't make a scene as that's not the person I am. But I will NEVER shop at your stores ever again. I hope that $28 sale was worth losing $300+ a week in groceries. Your guys greed makes me sick
