I reviewed this dispensary early in, when they was they was the FIRST legalized, approved medical marijuana dispensary in the whole region....and I was rightfully brutal of issues I took against them at that time.. I went nearly 9 months or more before I returned, I thought so lowly of my experience early in. So why the reason for 4 of 5 stars if so bad?? Because once I came back n visited, there was a complete change in nearly every respect of what I refused to come spend my money to.. I take my hat off to the owners of this store & absolutely applaud their team and staff for not only recognizing areas of need, but for actively working those kinks out... Here lately their prices have seemed to cheap higher lately... To my knowledge also, this is the only dispensary that offers CBD flower as well..

This is the worst dispensary I’ve been to in MO. It’s not horrible, but just expected more. The selection is decent but it’s easily the most expensive and just seems kinda unorganized and dirty. The budtenders are hit or miss. I’ve dealt with one guy that’s knowledgeable and helpful but the other 2 were neither. Either way, our medicine is already way overpriced in this state so go anywhere else if you want to save some cash.

Fantastic local dispensary with a wide variety of items to choose from. The place is beautiful and unique to look around. They have tables laid out with items they sell. The staff is friendly and informative and patient. You don't feel like a 'noob' if you are unfamiliar with Marijuana. Some of my favorite new things they have are mini cheese cakes, cookies, and a stocked drink bar! If you want a variety of options to try other than flower and basic edibles, this is the location to try! They only accept cash, and the atm charges 4$. Be aware of that! No drive thru but it's location couldn't cater to it.

The wait wasn't bad. I went at 3:30 on a Monday. They obviously have a system & have worked most of the kinks out. The waiting room (pictured) is very nice. It feels very upscale for a dispensary. The woman that checked me in was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the process of obtaining a medical card. There was a man not wearing a mask in the waiting room which made me very uncomfortable but I'm sure he had a reason. Although, what the reason could be that doesn't prevent him from smoking isn't readily apparent to me. Once you go back to see the products it's a one on my one experience which would have been nice if my guy had seemed like he wasn't annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. The information was there, I just didn't have the opportunity to read any of it. It felt like buying a car a bit. I actually don't know what I ended up buying other than "an indica" & "a pre roll of a sativa to see if I even like sativas." He seemed very disinterested in me & in the subtleties between strains other than if it was grown indoors or outdoors. I asked if it mattered. His response was something like, "if it doesn't matter to you then it doesn't matter." Which isn't an answer. There was a 10% discount bc it was my first time. I spent less than I had intended so that was nice. The guy that checked me out was very kind & showed me how to open everything I had purchased, which I appreciated so much. Overall, a pleasant experience until the maskless guy ratcheted up my anxiety & my budtender did nothing to make me feel more at ease. When I left at 5 there was no line, which I will keep in mind for next time. The product was "popcorn" not exactly flower but that's fine. The indica (turned out to be GMO) got me really in my head and anxious. The Sativa I feel pretty neutral about.

They do have MENU on site. Initial THC Flower Offerings $60 per 1/8th pre-tax; dispensaries are at the mercy of the one or two only approved and operational with product at the moment. I expect as supply meets demand, prices will follow. Growing might be a better route, takes some time but it seems like your waiting anyways, it'll be way cheaper in the long run, and it's very satisfying growing some beautiful bud.

I believe according to amendment 2 out of state medical cards should also be accepted.

solid question! to my knowledge with fellow operators, the major issues in MO are supply meeting demand. normal for every new market - but painful at times for both operators and patients. currently the vast majority of flower is still in cultivation. DHSS does not allow dispensaries to produce their own oils and shatter. dispesnaries are at the mercy of culitivators, processors and lab testing cues. they have a menu and one can subscribe for updates. You need a patient card to purchase. If you need help applying, we have information at the dispensary that will help you through the process.
They have edibles but they run our quickly i would suggest calling to make sure they have them in stock
I don't know your situation but I'm elderly and disabled I can't get around without a walker or wheelchair. Fresh Green was wonderful about accommodating me. They marked my place in line and allowed me to come right inside to sit and wait where I was able to sit in a chair in the warmth. I appreciate and applaud their efforts and concern for my health. I recommend their facility.
No you have to get your medical card approved by the state. Just the paper from the doctor doesn't show that you are approved by the state. They want their money too.
