The office is really nice and the rooftop super cool! Really like the place.

Squarespace Is terrible, they automatically signed me up for a scheduling free trial (I did not ask for) and made it literally impossible to cancel the subscription, on their help forums they said you literally have to delete the website to cancel the trial (which I probably am going to do) because at this point the amount of time I have wasted I could have built my website twice over. 0 stars!!

Upgrading from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1 is impressive, like Squarespace planned for it to be a terrible experience. 1. No upgrade tool; you must completely rebuild your site word for word, image for image. The "gut punch." 2. You have to set up a 14-day trial, giving you two weeks to port over a site from Scratch. 3. You have to forward all your URLs by hand, which is just excellent. 4. The real "kick to the groin" is that you can't transfer the hosting service to your new site or receive a credit. You have to start a new service for 7.1 and cancel your 7.0 service and if you are like me (who paid a full year), flush your money away. No refunds. 5. Bonus: The site's new Font, Site Colors, etc. menu is awesomely terrible. 6. Bonus: The image galley settings are in the section settings. Why is not in the block settings? 7. Bonus: It seems impossible to contact anyone. The contact menu keeps looping. Bravo! You made upgrading as terrible as possible.

Beautiful modern offices with great views of all of Manhattan. Lots of natural light and greenery in a quiet neighborhood.

Hey Marion, sorry to hear about the trouble. Please reach out to our Customer Support team with more info to assist with this at support.squarespace.com.
The company has great online support, where you can chat directly with a professional who will resolve your issue, but they do not have a call center.
Squarespace uses live chat on their website. That is the best and most convenient method of talking to them. The support staff is known for their professionalism.
Squarespace is well known for the quality of their customer support. I strongly recommend reaching out to them. They should help you resolve any issues.
Contact squarespace directly to be able to get a more accurate response.
I recommend addressing this question to Squarespace customer support, rather than to Google Maps community. Good luck.
I have a charge on my visa account and do not know what it is for please I will like a live person to talk to

This is Google Maps. Google Maps. Why are you asking this question on Google Maps?
You should contact support. They should have policies un place to deal with customers who are locked out of their accounts. You should expect that you will need to prove you identity via some form of government issues ID depending on the exact circumstances.
Don't expect to get a clear answer on Google Maps. Give their customer service a call.
Go to Squarespace's website and find Support. Asking on Google Maps is not going to help you.
Squarespace is service provider that makes it easy to build websites that look good. I would reach out to them via their website as only Squarespace would be able to answer you question properly and they will need information you probably don't want public to figure out what happened. If you really never provided your billing information then it is possible you are a victim of identity theft.
