On 9-18-22 I WAS SENT A HOUSEKEEPER BY RAIN home attendant SERVICES SHE WAS A woman 62 yr. old that behaved more a a person 72 yrs. old she seemed mentally Disheveled to do her job very paranoid about potentially BECOMING CONTAGIOUS W/ANY COVID 19 MS. EVELYN complained about my mop & broom being too LARGE as she’s only 4.6 ft. tall she stole my home keys and then return them the next evening Her only excuse” I don’t know how the keys jumped into my purse” she criticized everything even the agency SHE’S working for SO buyer beware because this was a great agency a year and a half ago but no longer is that the truth!! Miss Irina ( the coordinator)is a sweetheart but her agency really has a lot of room for improvement they also don’t mandate for these ladies to wear a full uniform as it should be ! And I do not stand for unprofessional behavior ! P.S THIS home attendant was told POLITELY several times that IF she didn’t like the way things are run in my home that she could just leave. Insane!!
