I thought it was going to be a nightmare long lines but it was just the opposite the staff was very polite but you get you in and out as fast as they could it's nice when you go somewhere like that and you're not ignored and they keep you informed on what's going on

I only use CVS because I'm required to by my insurance. Edgewater CVS does not keep ow how to follow instructions probably because when you try to explain it to the person in the drive thru, she proceeds to put the phone down while you are speaking so she can't hear you. Get text messge saying prescription is ready for pick up only to be told they had to order it and don't have it.

Aside from Keron Cameron who assisted me w/my covid test, the people in the pharmacy are very rude! The only reason I used them is bc my local drug store Little's, was out of my medication. I'm only giving them one star bc it was necessary in order to post this review.

I have never had any issues at this store until recently. The pharmacy area needs to go to some sort of customer service training. The pharmacist was polite but the assistant really needed to go home. I called the pharmacy and asked some questions about the Mission Act for Vets to get a prescription filled and Amanda bluntly told me to have a nice day and hung up. After reading the recent reviews there certainly seems to be a pattern of behavior.
