They were excellent today, the drive thru can get long but the employees do a great job of getting everyone’s order out! 🥤And the milkshakes are the best!

Was my first ever visit. Ordered the 12 pieces of fried. When I got home what I had was assorted small dry to burnt pieces, one was like charcoal. With crumbs. Looked like it was the last of the old dregs on hand. Will never go back. Very disappointed.

I just placed an order today for lunch. When I got there I could not put in my parking spot so I though that I did something wrong when I placed my order. I called and was told that they turn that off for their employees when it is raining out. I asked if he could cancel my order as I did not want to get out in the rain and have to go get my order. The gentleman on the phone was kind enough to walk it out to me. I just want to express my gratitude and say that I truly appreciate the GREAT customer service. Thank you!

Visiting Florida from Canada and took my wife to Chick-fil-a for her first time as she always wanted to go (and it's only my second time). The manager overheard it was her first time and gave us cookies! The manager then came over to chat with us after we got our food and was so sweet and warm to us! You could really tell she ran a great crew of employees and that the whole work culture was super healthy, sincere, and kind! The manager was amazing and so were the employees! We are probably going to be visiting again before our time in Florida is over as we loved it so much :).
