The first time we went here, the short woman with curly black hair and glasses was absolutely horrible, and we all left because of her specifically. Whoever that is, put her in the back somewhere because she has no type of customer service. We then came back another day and Adam helped us out. Adam is amazing! The guy is obviously into fashion, he was excited to help us and pick out good matches. He was super helpful, and helped me and my brother and dad pick out a bunch of clothes. Adam secured this 5 star review. Give that man a raise! He turned a 1 star experience into a 5 star experience. I’ll come back just for that guy. That’s who really brings in the money. Smile never left the guys face! Impressive.

Went today to pick up a custom vest and tailored shirt my husband ordered about a month ago. Service: Was not fantastic, but it wasn't the worst. Cleanliness: This location is A MESS! Super cluttered as if they were expecting a large store, but it never happened. Long story short, my husband received an email about a week ago stating his shirt was ready, but no info regarding the custom vest. They are running around looking for the vest. (It's been almost a hr already) Instead of just coming to us and admitting their mistake they continued to waste our time. It makes me question whether they have a system in place that allows for accountability. Apparently not. Somehow, the vest was given to another customer who left town for a funeral and is unable to get the item to us. This is honestly unacceptable, both items have already been purchased. Now my husband who is a part of a wedding party will be out of uniform because of the incompetence of this Men's Warehouse. Yikes. They can't claim it was a name mix up...the other customer's name is GEORGE. My husband's name is MATT. The Men's Warehouse in Alaska gave us better service, a cleaner atmosphere, and competent staff. The differences between that location and this one are glaringly obvious. I rate this location a 3/10. The 3 is because the goods are still fantastic its everything else that is the issue.

Went in to get fitted for a tux and tish helped me she was so awesome to work with took all of her advice definitely knows what she is doing. I was in and out in about 15 mins even during a busy time of the day!
