I have been going here for a while and have always had a good experience however based on my last few visits to the store I will no longer be shopping here! In the past month or so I have gone in the store twice and on both occasions I watch an older gentleman, I believe his name is Charlie, degrade and disrespect his fellow employees. The first time, I was waiting in line and he walked up to one of the guys, who was in the process of helping a customer, and out of nowhere began yelling at him. I went back in a few days ago and saw charlie go behind a female employee at the end of the counter and make VERY inappropriate advances at her. I was going to say something because you could see how uncomfortable he was making her... almost to the point of tears. Instead of drawing attention to the poor woman I went home and called corporate to let them know what a scumbag they have working for them.

I was helped by Joe Jones and he was so amazingly patient with me and all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about the different products and so kind. He is a great asset to your company. The only thing that upset me is another coworker yelled at him right in front of me and other customers which was so uncalled for and unprofessional. His name tag read Charlie or Charles i couldn't see the name tag quite well. This really upset me after Joe had been so nice and accommodating to me and my children. That Charlie or Charles needs some training! However again Joe was simply amazing and went above and beyond!

I saved a ton of money by buying my battery at O’Reilly’s in Edgewater. Joe the staff member installed my new battery at no cost. The whole transaction and install took less than five minutes. I highly recommend Joe and O’Reilly’s!

Charlie or Charles took great care with me he knew what dielectric grease is that's 48 years of being a mechanic for you if you see Charlie he will take care of you everyone was respectful and in a timely manner great people even in a jam they kept a cool head and not getting upset because 2 people behind me where there while he found coil packs and he even prevented me from buying the wrong size he double checking so he saved me time and efforts in the long run got to love a good worker who knows their stuff 5/5 all day for him 😀 👍
