Apparently Spectrum stores cannot call each other!!! Went for a new phone, they did not have in stock and couldn’t call another store to check, I had to drive to another store to find out. Amazing, 21st century and a COMMUNICATIONS store cannot communicate with another.

Went in there to get a new phone had a little bit of a wait, but not the fault the the store seemed like everyone needed assistance at the same time. Ikea was our sales Representative and she was just great, the whole team at the store was great to us it took a little longer than we thought it would to transfer things over. But she got the job done thank you.

I wish to thank Spectrum DeWitt Store Sales Associate Michaela Rodriguez for all she did for me in getting me all hooked up with 2 lines of service with Spectrum Mobile. She also helped me with my Spectrum Voice, Internet, & TV services last month. This Store is located at 3469 Erie Blvd E. in DeWitt, NY Kyle Hogarbome, Assistant Store Manager has a very good operation going here.
