I came here for the first time today and Mia did my gel manicure. I’m pretty picky with my nails (nothing extravagant just short enough and the right shape/cuticles gone and paint all the way to the cuticle line) and she did exactly what I asked for which is rare. She was very kind and social, too. I’ll definitely be back to see her!

I went here to get a full set paid 51$ and a 10$ tip but didn’t get what I wanted I asked the guy to give me plain pink powder full set and he put clear powder he made them extremely lumpy and bumpy and not filed evenly so I called back and asked them to fix it they said they would fix it so I came in the next day to fix my nails and they charged me 10$ ontop of it to fix it!! This is terrible customer service I’m a salon manager myself I would NEVER make someone pay extra to fix someone’s mistake in my own salon.

This is the second time I’ve been to this salon and both times I’ve left with sloppy dull nails. I came back because of the awesome reviews and photos but after getting serviced by two different techs the result is still the same. I’m not sure if there is a specific person I should be going to but I’m not going back to experiment with anyone else.

This is my second time visiting this salon. I was on time for both appointments and they were running late BOTH times. I was expecting to see Lynn for my visit, as I saw her last time and was satisfied with her service. First off, the "'manager" Alex is RUDE and very unprofessional, no greeting upon entry. I told him I was there to see Lynn and a woman named Lena took me instead. Very nice lady, but seemed to be in a hurry just to get me in and out. She didn't clean my cuticles, my nails aren't the same length, there's air bubbles in the gel. I complained to the so called manager Alex and asked him why I wasn't told Lynn wouldn't be there? Why weren't my cuticles cleaned up? Why aren't my nails the same length. He proceeded to tell me that Lynn was out today ( would've been nice to know?) he also said I had to ask for a manicure to get my cuticles cleaned for an extra $10? Like what..... I'm paying you over $40 for my nails, also Lynn cleaned my cuticles the previous time. He was very rude and just overall very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And Alex if you're having a bad day keep your problems at home, not at work. This place will never get another penny from me.
