Only 4 stars because the pool and jacuzzi area need a thorough scrub down. I was kinda grossed out by algae on the jacuzzi walls and on the floors, so we didn't go down there more than once. Otherwise, it was a very nice room, nice lobby and breakfast! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Currently staying at this "Best" Western. Hallways are full of Marijuana smoke. Air Conditioning isn't working in our room. There aren't any pillowcases available because housekeeping isn't here. Heat in the pool room is out of control- it's like a sauna in there. No maintenance person is on site. Train wreck. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a suite with two double beds and a pull-out couch. I was told my reservations were viewable with some kind of mix up. I was reinstated, but because they were overbooked, I had to get 1 King sized bed. Also the water kept going from hot to cold in the shower. Other than that, all was fresh and clean.

Positive: rooms were bigger than expected, comfortable. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pool and such was great for kids. WiFi was good. Staff was polite if not overly helpful. Negative: only 2 towels for a family of 4. Asked the desk for more, but when they went, all were in the dryer. Air conditioning was just okay. They put a full $100 hold for all customers at check in, although they do warn in advance. Pillows were tiny, and only 3 per queen bed. That would be fine if they were actual bed pillows, but for these glorified throw pillows, they were inadequate.
