Robert is Very unaccommodating. Since Covid, the office are closed on the week-end. The glasses are fully paid but he said he will not dispense without fitting. I am not allowed to just pick them up. Need to make an appointment for next week. Robert thinks he is the only who is busy, not the customers. Where is your concept of client service?

Hello Kelli - We measure your "pd" when we fit you with eyeglasses. If we do measure you for eyeglasses in our optical, yes, we can tell you what the "pd" is. To clarify, we do not provide a stand alone "pd", and it is not a part of your eyeglass prescription. Looking forward to helping you get a great pair of specs!
