So disappointed by getting an Italian sub (supposed to be salami, ham, capicola, cheese) that was delivered without oil, vinegar, onions or capicola- just ONE slice each of ham, salami and cheese. This is the 3rd and final time I’ll order from here as I have been disappointed each time. Granted, I did not call to complain as I have a 30 minute lunch break and no time to have them fix the order, so I’ll just not order again. 10/10/22 EDIT- The restaurant reached out to me about my review of lunch order & offered to make it right and acknowledged the quality issue I encountered. I declined. I stand by my review and while the contact was appreciated, I will not be returning.

Yes. It's a BYOB. But they also have their own.
Wasn't it in packaging? I know they get super busy with deliveries. They don't put loaded pizza boxes on floor directly. At least I have never seen them do THAT
