Everything went fine the AC technician was very polite and efficient. Everything is working fine now without a problem. I want to thank the super that was on duty for his help in furnishing us with the portable AC which worked out fine you for the quick service.

Update: Quail Ridge, you are so fast to respond to a review, but never read ALL of the reviews carefully. If you did, you would see that most of us are complaining of the same issues. There are still cable wires lose coming out of old ground cable boxes. You never give us tenants notices via email or on our door about any CHLORINE being sprayed on our buildings. Please listen to your loyal tenants. We live here and see what goes on. That once peaceful place I called home is not so peaceful. Speeding drivers that have no consideration for kids or any other adult. People casually walking in the middle of the road. HUGE POTHOLES...in which was brought to their attention LAST YEAR! It sounds like I live in a city now versus a quiet environment with delivery trucks, school buses, ice cream trucks driving up and down the unpaved/uneven road. Trees here are well over 100 feet that sway during heavy winds that can break off on a roof or on someone's balcony. It's dangerous! We pay a lot of $ here to live comfortably and peaceful. Quail Ridge isn't living up to their end of the bargain with maintaining the place keeping us safe. Fix the potholes before someone sends you a bill for flat tires!! Please and thank you!
