Checking in for tickets was crowded, without adequate signage or organization. Actual train ride was good!

We did the lunch train. The food was good but basic. The views were great. The volunteers and workers were very nice. Would do this again.

No it's not. Wish it did. But this is a 45 min scenic trip over wooden bridges there and 45 mins back. Great scenes in the spring. They also have a Dinner train on certain trips if u chose that package. Inquire within. It's worth it!
they have a dinner train if you get tickets for it!
They are on a Christmas schedule now. Normally on Saturdays. Put it on your Bucket List. A very nice experience. Pull the schedule up on the web.
They might be closed except for weekends at this time of the year.
September 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23. Tickets are $19
The train ride cars, museum, gift shop are all wheelchair accessible.
About 3 hours
Yes it's still on. Check in at the ticket window with the email and they will give you your tickets.
That is a good question. It is quite possible that they do but there is no notation on any signs or anything. The website they have might have your answer possibly.
Just about normal step height.
Our train ride was $45 depending on what you choose it can got up or down.
17 and that would the Halloween one. Book now before gone
give them a call.

They have a great website
They have different options ranging from a ride to the North Pole to visit Santa or a nice scenic dinner ride. On pricing I would say they ranges from 20 to 50 depending what you choose to do
Yea I would call or check website for more information.
Best to check their website for current pricing.

Thomas the train ride was an awesome birthday gift for our 3 yr old grandson ! Would highly recommend ♡♡
Racism how?
From the website: "Is there a strict dress code? Although many men choose to wear a suit or sport coat, they are not required. We do request a “Nice Casual” attire, such as Dockers and a nice shirt or sweater for the men and slacks and top or casual dress for the ladies. This is your evening to relax and enjoy yourself, but it should also be special."
Look on their site for prices. The regular Valley Scenic train is the most popular ans its about an hour and a half round trip.
I'd estimate 1.5 hours
The wolf dinner train rides sell up fast I recomnend you get them a month early. They have limited seating so if you want to go as group of 4 you have to specify the party name you want to sit with. Tables hold only 4 ppl at a table.
They have lift
The basic cost for their "classic excursion" is $22 for adults, $9 for kids 3-12, free under 3. They have several other options and other train rides to choose from, too. As far as camping, there are a few sites within about 15 minutes of the railroad. The campground at Ledges State Park would be a good option, but it's closed most of 2018 for renovation. The campground at Don Williams Lake would be a good option. Campsites range from $11 to $20, depending on amenities. You can get more information by searching the railroad and campgrounds on Google.
All ride times are listed 9n website dinner train departs at 5:30 .
Excursion train is between $26 and $32, depending on what type of car you want to ride in. Kids tickets(ages 3-12) are between $9 and $17.
Yes. They have lifts for people who need assistance.
Yes they are. 10:00-14:00.
Was $16 the last time.
Per the previous answers, 156 feet. It looks closer to 300 feet from the top as you look waaaayyyy down to the tree-tops and the creek! LOL
Tips are always welcome for the excellent service that they provide.
This varies based upon the event. The basic stuff, the museum and informational stuff was free. For the Thomas event, we paid, I think, 13.50 per ticket.
No, but some people living across the street charge for parking. It isn't necessary because the free parking is really close.
Yes he is and so is Edward.
