I did review the railroad place. I wasn't a satisfied customer due to racism that happen. So why did they remove my review? They want honest reviews am I right?

But they should get to delete my review either. It wasn't vulgar, tjere was no cussing, it was blunt on what the guy said and how it made us feel. If they delete bad revkews that easily, wonder how many other mixed race families have experien ed this type of treatment. Google also shouldn't allow any vompany to delete any reviews unless they are vulgar, cussing, threatening, violent, harrassement. Cuz people need to see both sides of a company and how a bad review is handled. If they delete all bad reviews makes me think they have something to hide. NO COMPANY provides 100% satisfaction to 100% of it's customers.

I agree with Matt&Kimberly maloy. Call the railroad ask to speak to the manager. If they get a bad review it could be bad for them.

I would call the Railroad office directly. If you don't get satisfaction, is speak to a higher authority. There is no call for racism. Sorry you had to deal with that.
