In all my business dealings, I’ve never had to deal with a more rude or unprofessional person than the lady answering the phone (I think someone told me her name is Beth. If someone like that were running my phones I would have fired them immediately). My driver consistently refused pickup on our home AND at a separate business for every reason under the sun. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to call and deal with her. She’s either part of the family or management is not smart enough to hire someone with professional customer service. I hope whomever is reading this knows that people like that are poison to a business and it greatly hurts their reputation or will force them to close entirely. I would have much preferred to spend my money locally, but had to use Waste Mgmt instead.

Ok so safety first grab a pair of quality protective safety glasses. Now that u are safe grab the biggest gas can u have, preferably a 20gal it seems to get the job done no matter what size mattress . Now find a nice clear open area in your neighbor's yard, so u dont destroy your lawn.. dump all of contents in gas can onto the mattress . This is also a great time to get rid of any of that used motor oil backing up in your garage. Now carefully light u a safety ciggeret and ask one of the neighbor kids that piss u off to ignigh the mattress . Having them do it will also come in handy for the police questioning to come shortley after the show. Remember always stay safe and keep warm during these winter months.
