Took my son here for sudden onset of a debilitating headache and vomiting, as s healthcare professional i know this could be something bad. They give him no meds for pain, some anti nausea meds and sent him in his way without anything resolved. We ended up in the Ames ER as they ruled out an aneurysm, stroke l, meningitis many other things while also giving him pain meds. They’ve also sent me home saying i was weak as i kept blacking out…. I’d rather die driving to Ames then visit this er

I will never go to this place nor take my mom here ever again there were 3 different instances where my mom came home with sepsis and had to go back to the hospital as soon as she got home!
