I dealt with several other telephone systems and in this area Verizon stand Head and shoulders over all of them if you want something dependable you need to try Verizon don't waste your time with those other guys

I have us cellular plan with 10 devices. I wanted to move one phone to Verizon to cover some areas that promised better reception. Talked to kiera who rattled off complicated lengthy options, and left me standing twice while she went to "the back". After being thoroughly confused and was treated with a snotty attitude I remembered why I left verizon. And that one line would have been over twice as expensive. Walked out. Hate that time wasting, over priced company with employees who only care about notches in their belt.
