The supervisor here is very rude. The machine to catch plush toys is play until win. But when you are playing it, if your kids tab it by accident, the machine will charge it again and again without any notice. When you try to talk with the manager. It’s seems like none of her business. Without feeling any sorry for the inconvenience, she tends to be very defensive and asks me to email the company only. What a terrible customer service! Will never come back again!

This is a great place to let your kids spend some time and burn off some of there energy..lol

My children love this place and with 100° outside this is the best option. I love that you can go out to eat at the mall and return everything for $15 super used. I came Monday and this one with few children is a good alternative due to covid.

This place great for child that has too much energy! The staff are mostly youngsters and friendly. The activities are cool and they have sections for small babies to grown ups. The whole family can enjoy it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there's no actual food to eat. It's mostly junk food: soda, juice, chips, ice cream, candy bars. Its not like Chuck E Cheese where you can order pizza, beer, wings, salad... just junk food, so you have to either eat before or after. Good thing is you can leave and comeback and you don't have to pay again. Kids are running around maskless, so if you don't feel comfortable being around ppl without a mask, maybe pick another spot for family time. You pay for one child and two adults come in for free. So far its great. And my child loves it. We typically spend about 5 hours here.

They're pretty casual there. I highly doubt they would charge an infant if staying in the bassinet the whole time. Their big thing is not bringing outside food for everyone except infants.
It costs 15 dollars all day you can go in and out, there are also other games that you can enjoy like electric motorcycles but they cost one token, you can buy 6 tokens for $5 dollars
You can purchase tickets when u get there in person, however I recommend signing the waiver online before you go, as it will save a lot of time... that's what I did anyway :)
