Found the cutest pair of work leggings along with 2 tops and Antonio (I hope I got the name right) was nice enough to help me out. I came by a little bit before closing and the staff was very attentive. I really appreciate the cashier, Antonio, for going above and beyond for me at checkout. It’s rare to have great customer service in retail environment. Love this store!

I purchased some Jean's online, returned and Express refused to pay back my shipping cost, when I paid the cost..." This is not fair to those who pay shipping online when don't offer free pickup for certain items".. Think twice about online shopping "...They should payback the whole cost of your items purchased"..

Today my fiance went there with her friends. They brought some clothes into trial room and later on they have decided not to purchase those. Then the store manager and some of the employees behaved rude. The reason was they decided not to purchase those products. When I heard that I felt bad cuz it's individuals choice whether they want to purchase or not but they can give a trial. Otherwise there is no reason of running the business. It's not mandatory to purchase right and it was not written any where!! Insane behavior. Never recommended if they don't change those horrible employees.
