I’ve been living at the Blake for over a year now and as time progresses, the dirtier it’s getting. The office personnel are nice, maintenance is good, but the apartments are dirty. I’ve had people pee on my wall and have it puddle outside my apartment, there is trash around the hallways, the trash cans are never brought in, the people who collect the trash always spill and leave it in the hallways, people leave random trash thrown in the hallway. They used to power wash the hallways and keep things tidy but not anymore. There’s been a bag of trash on the street for weeks because the trash service drops them and never comes back for them. With the amount of money one pays to live here, it would be great to not have a grimy complex.

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid through our online resident portal, check, or certified funds. Late fees will be applied on the 4th of the month.
Unfortunately, we do not accept section 8 vouchers.
