When my dad and I were waiting to have our order taking, in line , the young order taker, was working both lanes.he makenly allowed 2 cars to get a head of us. Then they made many errors with our order.

ugh. This is the second time we come, hoping that everything will be fine. But alas - for the first time we took a double burger - so they brought us a burger with one cutlet cut in half. And a couple of days ago they ordered the largest bucket with everything for 3k - and they brought us a half-empty bucket with burnt wings, potatoes and a type of nuggets, which were completely tasteless.

Store 18.. 👍 Well first of all let me start off by saying that I love In-N-Out Burger. I have to say honestly that this is the best burger place in the world. Not only the quality is the best. And the staff and the employees, or should I say Associates, are excellent and always smiling. Furthermore they take great pride in keeping all their restaurants clean. And it shows in the attention of the details. I can't say that I've walked in into one of their restrooms and it was a mess. The restrooms are always kept supplied and clean. Especially during this pandemic, they have taken special precautions to make sure that everyone is kept safe. And speaking about covid-19 guidelines, In-N-Out Burger strictly follows All State Federal in County guidelines. To make sure that everyone, including the associates, are kept safe. Now let's talk about the burgers, everyone is familiar with the animal style. That basically means that the meat is mustard fried. And whenever you ordered mustard fried on the Patty you automatically get pickle. And it comes with gnarly grilled onions which taste very good. On top of that it comes with extra spread and top of the lettuce. But of course is other ways to order your burger. Animal style just happens to be my personal favorite. And now that we're talking about animal style, don't forget you can also order the fries animal style. Which basically means that you get an order of fries with two melted cheese grilled onions and spread on top. Definitely the way to go if you're feeling extra hungry. But we can mention all this great food without mentioning their milkshakes. I understand that the milkshakes and made from real ice cream. And it's my personal favorite too. You can choose from chocolate vanilla or strawberry. But if you get creative you can also order a Neapolitan all three flavors. I would also like to add that the prices are always great here in and out burger. For the amount of quality food that they serve. And excellent customer service they provide. You really can't beat the prices. Especially being in California. Ultimately, I want to give special thanks to everyone who works very hard on keeping in and out a wholesome environment. It is no surprise that this company In-N-Out Burger, is well known as a Christian loving organization. I would like to point out that when you order a drink, at the bottom of the Cups there's a verse from the Bible. John 3:16 😄

is there a way to give this place 0 stars?? first of all, we were in line for an hour, and we repeated our order multiple times yet still got EVERYTHING wrong. only thing that came out right were the fries. and the fries were tasteless and floppy. don’t recommend whatsoever. second, take a look at the picture and it’ll say everything. not only were our orders wrong but the meat was flat and ripped apart. also tasteless. next time ur craving a burger, go to the in n out in porter ranch, WAY better there.
