The scheduling department is really rude and they don’t look at the age of the person they are calling for. They kept insisting on taking to my daughter who is a baby. They told me to be at the facility at 9 for an appointment at 9:30. I got there earlier and then they told me I was late and my appointment was at 9:15 which no one told me. They changed it two days before and I never got a call about it. The only good thing that came out is the ultrasound tech Candice who is super sweet and nice and she always has been.

I have been on hold for an hour to schedule an appointment. They were supposed to call me last week and never did. My Dr. Follow up is Nov. 3. It’s Oct 17th . Still no appointment for two MRI’s. This is for Multiple Sclerosis. My infusion is Nov.8th. All of this is supposed to be done before then. Besides the scheduling, they are nice once you get in.

Great people work here, however try to get an appointment. Calling does not work so be prepared to visit in person and wait and wait for appointment.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Unprofessional. I called to cancel my appointment because I woke up throwing up... the scheduler was So rude. She said really your going to cancel today? I said look I told the scheduler I had a procedure the day before and they told me to book anyways that I'd be fine.. well vero radiology you were wrong I was throwing up and feeling sick. The lady was the rudest person I had ever delt with and had ZERO compassion. I will not ever come here again
