i cant get anyone to call me back or answer the phone i put an application about three years ago and i havent heard anything back from them i also call and no cal back what the hell is going on over there

It's most likely that you won't hear from the manager. There's a good chance your application was lost or shuffled around the office. Your best option is to fill out another app and turn it in, in person. Make an appointment to make sure its received. I recently moved, so i know there are at least 2-2bdr and 1-1bdr available.
