Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. The lady that answers the phone is just yuck. She literally hates her job. If you have to deal with this place don’t expect any decency.

They cracked my fender when they towed my car im waiting for a call back from the woman who said no one was in the office to help me get it reported. Why she couldnt help me i dont know.
