My son had a appointment today when I called they took his vision insurance information and asked what health insurance he had because he was being seen for a issue with his pupil they stated they took both insurances. For me to show up today for the appointment after being there a hour for paperwork and everything else to tell me it will be $130 to even look at him to start because they do not take his health insurance. Then the girl who brought us into the room who told us it would be $130 said she will need a decision because there’s other people waiting. Are you kidding. Absolutely horrible customer service and no common sense in the entire office. The rude girl who had us in the room said that vision insurance doesn’t even cover the pupil to be looked at so it would have to be filed under health insurance or self pay than that should have been checked before the appointment as that was the entire reason for the appointment.
