well I moved to Louisiana and I had my eye doctor send over a signed release forms to have my records faxed over and your records depths did not do what they were supposed to do ND I'm very upset ,it's bad business for you folks to not do what there supposed to do, I'm giving GG bad rateings

We accept Medicare and most insurance plans, with the exception of HMO plans. We do not accept Medicaid as the primary insurance; however, if the person has Medicare as their primary insurance with Medicaid as a secondary, we are able to care for the patient.
