It's horrible apartment when u asked mentenace they just remodeled your apartment instead of fix easly, they take advantage , they don't care what you feel and your comfort I didn't suggest this apartment for any body they are rud am so upset when I lived here.

Maintenance staff is helpful and friendly. Front office staff returns calls and emails and is generally efficient. Parking isn't bad. We are not disturbed very much, calm.

Enjoyed my time living here and the neighborhood is sweet and nice. Would have enjoyed it more if it were for the price hikes through my two years and the lack of parking.

I've lived at Chinook Way for over a year now and I love it! The staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are on top of it. The neighborhood is beautiful and I'm going broke being able to walk to Target.
