Brianna & Maggie at the front are so sweet and helpful! I have had such a great experience moving in. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in over the last 10 years of moving around. It’s beautiful and quiet here and easy access to stores. The apartment gets a ton of natural light. Maintenance is quick to respond and extremely polite. Service and quality are top notch all around!

I live here for about 3 years and it was GOOD for the most part. I live on the perimeter on Fairview Parkway so traffic gets noisy at 5am on weekdays. I had to go through the noise of construction that one year when they renovated the exterior. And parking is another story if you have two cars. First of all, they are really small for a compact car. We only get 1 carport spot and we had to tag team who gets it first. We get off at 7pm or later and already the open parking spots are filled. The worst part is having to park at the visitor parking which is all the way in the front and pray that your car doesn't get broken into (that happened to me once). On the brighter side, I really like that there's a lake to go fishing and to go on a walk/run. The unit layouts with its high ceilings are very spacious. My work is 5 minutes from here so going home for lunch is always nice.

The new windows they just put in are so noisy it sounds like a jet is going to land inside. They never sealed the windows and now we have an electric bill that’s outrageous. The parking here is a nightmare. Patio door on the main bedroom has snow on the inside if we open the door.. our fireplace doesn’t have a fan that works and when you ask them they tell you they don’t fix it. Bathroom wall above the master had never been finished. The walls are very thin here You have to be very careful what you or the neighbors can here your conversation! You have to really complain to get get anything done here. Please rethink if you’re planning on moving here. The biggest think, I wish they cared more about the people here as now with this storm, cars are stuck all over. Why couldn’t they at least have someone plow here so people could go places they need to. The only thing they want is your rent every month or else.

First off, I really enjoy our two bedroom, two bath apartment here. It's big and very nice however, I have grown to really dislike this place due to a few reasons. Management here is wonderful but PARKING is a joke! If you have more than one car, good luck finding a spot. We have one assigned spot and that's it. They recently marked up several extra spots that you use to be able to park in and turned them into no park zones or handicap parking. I honestly think that there are more handicap parking spots within the complex (not including the spots up front) than there are non-handicap parking spots. So, if you can't find a parking spot within the complex OR up front (usually full after 6pm) you have to park your car on the street and hope it doesn't get broken into. That brings me to another issue, theft. We live on the second floor and we had both of our bikes stolen off our patio!!! I don't feel safe living here AT ALL!!! I went to talk to the office and they told me that multiple cars have been broken into in the front parking lot and some cars have been stolen! They swear that we have security that comes through the place but, in the last year that I have lived here, I've seen them maybe 3 times. Also, someone hit my car and didn't leave any information so now my car has a nice scrap on the side of it. Rent is another reason why we are leaving this place. After being here for a year, they want to increase our rent by $100+ each month!!!! It's ridiculous! If you are looking to find a new place to live, look somewhere else or you will regret your decision after a month.

Hello! Our one bedrooms are between 719 - 746 s.f. and the current rent ranges between $1270 - $1335. We would love to give you more detailed information and show you around our community if you interested. Thank you for reaching out to us!

I'm looking for an apartment but I don't want to rent from the kind of place that charges you for everything when you move out, even when its perfect. A good sign of bad management. Those of you that moved out, how did the move-out experience go?

Hello! Thank you for your question. We have had good feedback from some of our former move-outs and even have some people move back in again over time. Each move out is personally inspected by the former accounts manager in order to accurately assess what needs to be charged. While we realize we can't make everyone happy, we do take pride in our customer service and hope we get a chance to meet you some day!
