Very friendly staff, eager to help when I came in to pack and ship a few items. The fact that they handle FedEx *and* UPS (plus USPS) means it's a one-stop shop for mailing things out, from presents to returned products. Definitely coming again!

Hello, yes if the return has the actual return label then we can take them, if you are given a QR code from Amazon, that has to be taken to the actual UPS store. Thank you!
Yes you can, we charge 5.00 per package and you have to bring in a photo Id when you pick it up.
