This place gets a bum rap, in my opinion. The staff were completely professional and proficient. The line was out the door but that is normal for ANY of the UPS stores I have visited an hour before closing , while traveling cross country. The staff were very courteous and just talkative enough to not be rude to the customers in front of them while doing their best to keep the line moving along as quickly as possible. Prices were on par for shipping with every UPS I have visited from coast to coast.

I come here. A lot! The employees are always great. They are so patient with people, which can be difficult at times, but not here. I’ve never seen an angry customer or a an upset employee. This store is individually owned and operated by a local man whom I’ve heard good things about. Keep up the tremendous work and thank you for being so patient with your customers.

WOW! My parents owned a Mail Boxes Etc. Which then became the UPS Store brand. This UPS Store is without an question the worst location that I have ever been to in my 46 years on this planet. This is just unreal. The wait is sooooo long with 4 customers and 3 employees that I had time to write this. Corporate needs to step in and help this location hire new staff or the franchise owners need to show up and take on some leadership. 25 min for 1 paper printed. Ugh!!!
