A Random Account

I tried to get my mail keys for my apartment complex and they told me no attempt had been made to order them, even though the manager said he had ordered them and several people had been able to pick their keys up already. The Post office told me I had to wait until next Friday for the keys to be ordered, and to call them before I showed up to make sure they had the keys. The entire time I talked with the staff there they were extremely rude, impatient, and just all around unprofessional. I tried calling them several times before I went in too, and nobody here ever picked up their phone. I do not recommend going here if you can avoid it .

I ordered a package and tracked it. The tracking showed it was delivered at 3:24, 5 Jul 2022 It was not there. I even checked on 6 Jul during my walk. Nothing. This the 2nd time this has happened. The last time my package was delivered 2 days after indicated. That time I called and complained. I was told that they would talk to the carrier. A lot of good that did. I have also received mail that belonged to my neighbor which I delivered to her. How long do we have to put up with this incompetence?
