High praise for the professionalism and responsiveness of Visiting Angels Manassas. From my first point of contact with VA (Bob Kirkendale, to the nurse and the provider, caring people who genuinely worked hard to discern what help I needed and to develop the right plan of assistance. Readily available to answer all questions and very clear on all expectations related to the service and the agreement. Found my assigned care giver knowledgeable and caring. Appreciated their patience with my sometimes stress-filled interactions (work related stress not VA related stress). Good people.

The Visiting Angels personnel were outstanding. Very conscientious and caring, and very responsive to help in any way possible. The management staff did an excellent job providing qualified personnel and following up to make sure everything was going well. I would not hesitate to contact this agency again in the future.

The name says it all. My caretaker was an Angel sent from heaven.

Many families throughout Prince William County and surrounding municipalities ask us if they can change their or their loved one’s schedule of in-home care. If you ever need to make changes, simply speak to one of our care coordinators at our Manassas office and we’ll work with you to make any changes needed. At Visiting Angels, we pride ourselves in creating care plans that are not only personalized, but flexible, as well. We strive to make care plans work around our clients’ schedule, not the other way around. All we ask is that you give us one week’s notice to make any changes to your or your loved one’s care plan.
