I was so excited to try this—- but the milk that came was completely spoiled and expired and would not even come out of the carton. Was literally like yogurt and a waste of my time and money. Do not buy. Update: It was purchased from Sprouts in Murfreesboro Tennessee.

I have had no problems with the milk still being good 4 to 5 days after the sell by date as long as it is properly refrigerated
They should get a delivery Tuesday. If not at Whole Foods, check the Sprouts in Germantown.

Yes, that is supposed to happen. The milk is pasteurized but not homogenized. What you are seeing on the top is the butterfat, perfectly normal.
No, we aren't allowed to sell raw milk. Our milk is low temperature pasteurized, not homogenized, so it's as close to raw milk as we get legally.
