Went Saturday at 10:20 with my small grandchildren figuring they opened on time (10:30 as posted online). Could see people inside - but when the gate still wasn't opened at 10:40 I asked the employee that was washing windows when they were going to open. He thought maybe 11:00. There were no times posted outside. We were just a few of several people that were waiting for them to open at 10:30. We left and went somewhere else. It would have been nice if the employee that obviously saw us waiting at 10:20 would have let us know they would not be opening on time!!

The place is decent. It’s the staff they held my food ( I didn’t mind ) because there no food or drink policy yet after me every single person had food and drinks when I brought it to. Managers attention she rolled her eyes and stayed on her phone and walked away from me ( cameras can verify ) then I wanted to buy water and she told me she can charge me and I’ll have to get it myself ? Behind the food Counter. She was so rude she had a black shirt and clearly she’s in the wrong business. The food was closed I want to buy my kids food since I couldn’t bring mine in. They are far from warm and welcoming I felt like I did something wrong by being there. Then there was a older gentleman that worked there that when from section to section just eating and drinking and watching kids play. He would go behind and get food he had hidden. Just too much I don’t think

Staff are cool. My kids love it. Food isn’t good and most machines In the arcade don’t work. Reasonably clean.
