Booked two rooms two weeks ago. Arrived on Sunday evening at 10 pm. and it was closed. Called the phone number of the owner, Candace, and she couldn’t help us. She said “look around you, it’s a small town with nothing going on. Why would I be here right now?“ i told her i came from Massachusetts, so how would I know you would be closed? And why didn’t they tell me ahead of time? And why didn’t they call me?We were left with no rooms. Drove to Cedar city to find a Marriott.

If you're looking for an authentic old west saloon experience this is the place. They've got everything you're looking for from taxidermy to animals to ghosts in the hotel rooms. The place is just absolutely bringing with ambience and has been around since 1840.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean and very quiet. Well worth the price. Everyone in the town was very nice and helpful. Would also recommend the dinner across from the hotel. We later found out the hotel was featured on Ghost Hunters. Wish we had known before.
