I don’t know how this hotel has good reviews, I was so let down by the breakfast I was so excited bc I saw so many good things about how great it was. There was grease on our headboard that was absolutely disgusting. Our ac kept making a loud noise when it would cycle on and off that kept waking us up. Just so many things I could go on and on about. Definitely not worth the money.

I give this hotel 5 stars across the board the rooms are amazingly clean and up to date beds are super comfortable staff was awesome I have no complaints I had a great stay thanks guys

The rooms are as clean as they can be. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. The carpet and most surfaces have a tacky dirty feel to them. They skimp on the bedding and don't have extra pillows. The staff was nice and kind. But with the cost of the room I expected more with the room. The TV is outdated and has poor resolution. No other options than old school TV with commercials. The exterior is nothing good to look at. The pool was inviting though.

This Best Western was great! It was very clean and quiet. It was so clean that we even tipped housekeeping. $5 pet fee was a relief. The staff was friendly and we wished we could have stayed here all along our trip. We were traveling right before Christmas and were surprised about how few people were staying here. Made it nice and quiet since our room wasn’t near anyone else. No idea how quiet it would be with a full house.
