Not the whole check. You get to keep $90 a month. But they supply 3 meals/day, snacks, cable, WiFi, laundry, and housekeeping. You really only need money for incidentals like toothpaste, shampoo, etc. and anything you personally want.

I am not sure about 2 BR because all rooms I have seen are small and open like lofts. You can have pets. My mom has a small fish tank and a cat. Deposit is required.
They are all studio apartments with bathroom. There's a kitchenette with microwave, small sink and under the counter mini-fridge.
