If you visit the website on Sunday morning you can watch the service online and the really nice part is a prayer request button where you can reach out to someone. I did this and it really helped me. By the way, they have some great support groups and I just learned of a men's study group where you really put your words into action. These smaller groups are where you really get to know others. Even though I am not a member and I don't attend church services, I do attend a support group at this church and I LOVE it! The people I have met here are great listeners and it has taught me to listen better too. I studied religion for my bachelors and they really know their Bible here. The cafe is opened for breakfast/lunch, M-Thursday 8-2, if you happen to be new to the area and want to "investigate", I recommend grabbing a coffee and just strolling around, or do what I did and reach out through the prayer request button and maybe see if you can chat in person with someone. I took the road less traveled and it was a nice way to come about knowing this church better, rather than the typical of just coming for a Sunday service and getting a "vibe". By the way the sanctuary is brand new too, as I learned on my first tour today.

Try to make it every Sunday morning. Love the worship of God.

There are four services on Sundays: 8, 845, 1010, and 1130. The 8am service is a traditional service, but the others are contemporary.
Linda, twice a year we usually offer Financial Peace Univerisity from Dave Ramsey. If the schedule for those classes doesn't work, we can connect you with someone from our care team who would be able to offer support and guidance.
Sure do
Joyce, they meet Monday mornings in Centennial Hall
Yes, it was. West Side was located at State and Edwards Street in Springfield before moving to Cider Mill Lane in the 1990s.
Sanctuary or worship center?
Robert, the best way to get connected with a men's group is through rooted. You can learn more about it by going to www.wschurch.org/rooted to register.
Kat, WSCC doesn't have a Wednesday night service, but we do often have group studies and student ministries that meet on Wednesdays. You can find out more at www.wschurch.org/calendar
Everyone is invited. We don't judge no matter what denomination you are. But we align with the teachings of Jesus.
The traditional service is held in what is called Centennial Hall off the temporary Main Entrance.
Cathy, West Side doesn't have an Ash Wednesday service. All the best, Josh
They do not have interpreters for other languages. They may have a sign language interpreter at one of the four Sunday services.
Thomas, I'm on the ministry staff team at West Side, I was able to find the record for you. You were baptized on May 24, 1987.
55 minutes approximately
12/3/17 - I Wait was the last song of the service, 11/26/17 - Great are you Lord was the last song.
