So I haven't had my interaction with this body of what is suppose to be State Government all thou I do intend to shortly.What is grossly concerning is the vast majority of negative comments, if this was a restaurant review ,I may be press to pass , Sorry this establishment is suppose to adhere to SO much more .

They wrote a letter to the merchant and within a month I had my money back. After being ran in circles on the phone for four consecutive months, I finally recieved my refund. Don't trust discount plans, get insurance.

You have to tryharder than that. Have you called credit card to dispute charges? Have you sent an email to company? Have you sent certified letter to company? How many times have you called? Can you prove that you called and have not recieved coat?
Go to billing at hospital.. start a paper trail
