I spent hours in the store a few months ago to choose and order a sofa. When I finally made my decision on style and color, the salesperson, Nova, told me that the style had been discontinued and that she could only order one that was in inventory somewhere else. She searched for more than 25 minutes and finally said she had found it! I asked her 3x if it was the color that I wanted, and she reassured me that it was. Fast forward to delivery, and of course it was the wrong color. The delivery person called the store and talked to Nova, who lied and said she had told me that she couldn't get the color I wanted. When the delivery person put me on the phone with her, she dug her heels in AGAIN and said she had told me the right thing. Then she had the nerve to tell me that if I refused delivery there would be a 15% restocking fee. Once again, for her mistake. At best, she made a serious mistake and refused to acknowledge it. At worst, she blatantly lied and then expected that I wouldn't remember. Unfortunately for her, my friend was also with me and remembered it happening exactly as I said. Conveniently, the paperwork she provided at the store didn't have the color listed for me to refute. In the end, it was the correct couch with the wrong color, and I decided to keep it. However, buyer beware of their shady sales practices at this store. You won't catch me dead walking in their door again.

I am editing the review which I made previously. Recently. I have emailed the repair service a couple different times with email address that was given to my by someone at the Springfield store. There is no reply. I called the phone number that was given to me. The recording said to leave my number and they will call me back within 48 hours. I never got a return call. Today, October 2. 2022, it was one year ago that we gave Springfield store $3478 for a leather couch and a leather rrecliner. Both are still defective from the factory. I cant use the recliner for a safety problem. They sent new arms for it in April. They are still in the boxes. I called a LA Z BOY office in Michigan. The lady was sympathetic with my complaint. She said she would get back to me 2 days later, she never got back. Below is my original review. I have every email printed out and the dates of every phone call. I can't recomend LazyBoy. Here is why.... We bought a leather sofa (non reclining) and a leather chair recliner. We bought and paid for them in full, October 2nd of 2021. They were pretty expensive, near $3500 for the pair which included tax and some care items. There were no discounts or sale prices. The price is not a problem, but I don't think we have been treated right. I think they arrived in December, but I'm not sure. the sofa arrived, with a smashed "arm rest". A new one was ordered and in a week or two, a nice repairman arrived and replaced the bad arm rest. All's good... except the center back rest cushion sticks out about 3 inches farther than the top of the back rest cushion to its right. This is pretty un-sightly.. the repairman seen it and made a comment. It seems to have came out farther since he was here.. So while the repairman was here, I mentioned a problem with the chair recliner. There were sharp staples down the side of the seat. I had cut the back of my hand reaching for something that had fallen down the side. He reached down and he got cut. We fixed it with a band aid. This was in January 2022. So he ordered us two new arm rest's for the recliner. They probably got here in February 2022. But no one to install them yet. Since December 2022, we won't let anyone sit in the chair for fear of cutting themslves. When a repairman arrives, I will also have him fix the back of the sofa.

We got our lift chairs as part a sectional and i got them on a half price sale. Sorry i could not be of more help.
