Can’t believe this place is still opened. The staff is extremely rude to paying customers. They never get the orders correct. And don’t even think of going in for service 10, 15 minutes before closing. 👎

Coffee tastes good. I’ve been here multiple times. I placed a mobile order this morning and when I went in to pick it up I noticed my cups had about a 2” gap at the top where it wasn’t filled up. When I asked if she could fill it up she was rude and had an attitude and then said she had to charge me to fill up my cup all the way just because I got less ice. I ALWAYS order this same drink and have never had someone charge me more for a drink I already paid for. This is why I prefer Starbucks. Dunkin’s customer service is terrible.

They had on donots at 7:30 p.m. No napkins or spoons. Bad costume services. Bathrooms locked

This place doesn't deserve a star. Stood in the lobby for 10min. Not one of the 5 employees in the store said a word to us. They made eye contact with us multiple times, but never bothered to say hi or we will be with you in a minute. We ended up leaving. Horrible customer service!
