I just want to give a shout out to Sarah, who delivered a large order out to a secluded house in Marion Oaks on Friday June 17th. I made the order online from a friends house, not realizing that when I told her to text or call me if she had trouble finding the place that I was unable to receive texts or calls. Around the 1 hour mark when I checked the order via tracker and it had been labeled delivered, I tried to call the store directly to find out what was going on because I had no food. I couldn’t make the call from my cell (which is when I realized my phone wasn’t working in this remote location) and used my friend’s phone to try and call the home location. After 10 minutes on hold and still no pizza, I tried contacting the chat customer service personnel who redirected me to contact the home location. So I called back and while on hold for an additional 20 minutes, Sarah showed up with my order. She explained how she tried to contact me (which I received all my missed contacts from her once I drove back toward town later that night) and apologized for the lateness of the order, though it was absolutely no fault of her own. I tried to call the home location back the following day to adjust her tip and sing her praises for her dedication and diligence (I get lost every single time I go to this friends house, even using GPS…I would have definitely gone back to the home location in frustration) but was again unable to get through. I imagine they’re short-staffed so I'm hoping this message reaches the location and the ears and eyes of those who need to hear it. The food was great despite it taking a long time to reach us and Sarah deserves a raise and definitely a bonus! Thank you again!

I placed an order at 11:29 am. It’s now 1:05 pm. Still no pizza. And the website chat feature doesn’t work. No way to track the order. And the chat screen has a dark background and black text. You can barely see what you’ve typed.

I have never had a bad experience at this place. The food is great and the service is also. The delivery is always the time they quote me. We live in a place where the other pizza places will not deliver but it’s okay because Papa Johns pizzas are delicious.

We ordered a pizza for delivery and waited over an hour. We had missed a call from the driver. She said she called instead of coming up to the door because she had been robbed in the area before (this area is still under development. We have one other property on our road and two brand new houses, I'm sure this was an exaggeration) I then call the store and am told the driver said she knocked and rang the door bell and the lights were off. Obviously a lie. On the phone she never mentioned any of that. So we won't be ordering here again. No one attempted to hear me out on my complaint, that woman answering the phone immediately spoke over me. She either did. Or care that the driver was lying or she herself was lying. Either way Papa Johns will not be getting anymore of my business. I also work in a position that caters to servicing our local community and have no issue sharing my experience. The worst part is that we tip great. We ordered Domino's, less than half a mile away and tipped 50%. This establishment will never have my business again.
