The two star review is for the hospital management. The staff were all very nice and professional. I came in at 10:30pm with trouble breathing and severe pain in my right rib cage. Waiting room had 9 people in it. I was told to have a seat. At 11:30 they did an X-ray and tested me for Covid and flu. Went back to waiting room. I was put in an ER room around 4am. I didn’t get to see a doctor until 7am. This was the new doctor coming on his shift. I never saw the night doctor. I sat for 9.5 hours before being seen in pain and trouble breathing. It’s a disgrace that a hospital knowing they are that busy just has one doctor on all night that will never be able to see all the patients. The doctor I finally did see what absolutely awesome and so were the nurses and staff. All of them top notch. The failure is on the hospital management for not properly staffing.

I was treated terribly by some of the nursing staff while hospitalized this summer. I was neglected, verbally abused, and discriminated against. When I asked to speak to the head nurse before discharge she instead sent me a card for patient advocacy. Another nurse made a point to remind me about all the other " good" nurses that treated me. As if that makes up for what I went through. I called patient advocacy to explain the discrimination I experienced but they brushed it off, like they didn't want to deal with it. I got a card in the mail a week later telling me to thank my nurses! Its standard practice but that was the biggest slap in the face. I was deeply traumatized. I will never feel safe in a hospital again. I will never trust medical staff without wondering if they will treat me poorly while I'm vulnerable. I'm so hurt and I'm still struggling with this til this day. It brings me to tears thinking about it. So word of advice... always go to the hospital with someone you trust. Have them stay with you and visit often to help protect you.

Yes
Why don't you get them a mechanical pencil
Physical therapy rehab is in the medical building not the main hospital
Is not as busy as other hospitals at the moment. You probably don't need it there
Yes though ive never eaten in it so i cannot attest to how good-or bad-it may be. Hope this helps.
