I ordered what I initially considered a smallish suite of deck furniture after putting this purchase off for years knowing it would be pricey. It’s fair to say this place is exceptionally pricey. But they are local and carry eco-friendly options, so I thought the premium was worth it at the time. Suffice it to say, I don’t think you can get in and out of here for under $5K unless you are ordering pillows and furniture covers for your existing furniture. Supply chain issues out of their control meant that I waited almost a year for my furniture. After forgetting about what the furniture looked like, and then finally having it delivered, I can say that it is smaller and less impressive than what I had glorified in my mind to match the price and wait. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still nice (and comfortable) but not $5K+ nice and comfortable. The deliveries itself were great but the coordination around delivery cost was a bit of a nightmare with changing prices due to gas (per manager). I ended this process just feeling really knocked around by the whole thing and glad to be done with it. Here’s hoping this furniture lasts a lifetime, because I will be sitting on milk crates in my old age before I go through this headache again.

I recently purchased several pieces from the Berlin Gardens collection and am quite pleased with my entire experience. The furniture is super sturdy and the cushions are thick and comfortable. I worked with Melissa and found her to be professional and quite knowledgeable about the products. She was so very helpful with suggestions and quickly responded via phone or email when I had questions. Above all, she was so very patient as I was trying to make my decisions, especially reagarding my fabric choices. The day of my delivery I received a call from the store manager, making sure all had gone well with my delivery. This purchase was quite an investment for me but was well worth it in the quality of the merchandise as well as the excellent customer service I received. Sounds to me like the air to propane gas mixture ratio is too high. if they are blue flame logs there should be no yellow in the flame. if they are yellow flame logs you can control some of that by the height of the yellow flame you burn.
