From 7/27 up to 8/1 our A/C was not working. Indoor temp rose to 83 degrees! We tried to get the company that normally serviced our air and heat systems, but the owner was having medical issues and could no longer help us. We needed to find someone we could count on. Logan was recommended by a friend from church. "Will" from Logan showed up on time at 8am, 8/1/22. He had our air working by 9am. He installed a condensation pump for our A/C system. Our air works great! So impressed with them that we will have them do our Fall and Spring service from now on. Big thanks to Logan Heat and Air, Winston Salem, NC.

Levi was very professional and came once for a service and once for maintenance. Hopefully the unit will continue to cool. Another gentleman came but I didn’t get his name. He came for an emergency repair and had it up and running in no time. Logan Heating & Air techs are very knowledgeable and provide a good service. My unit is only two years old but the pvc tubing wasn’t changed when the new system was installed. With the heat index and humidity it is nice to know Logan Heating & Air will respond quickly and offer 24 hour service. Thanks so much.

Installed generator. The installation team and office personnel were very professional and polite. The service personnel kept me informed as to when they were cutting off the power. They waited until I completed something I was doing on the internet before cutting off the power to the house.
