I went to do dishes this morning and the hot water wasn’t working. When I went to inspect the water heater I noticed leaking from under the tank. I immediately called Blaze, no hesitation. I have worked with this company previously for HVAC needs, so I knew their plumbing services would be excellent as well. They were able to send someone within an hour. Luke did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue, and replacing the water heater in no time. Belinda in the office is absolutely amazing. We spoke about financing questions I had, and she was very helpful. Blaze is a great company.

My technician Ben arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Checked my system and offered the maintenance package which is a great value and peace of mind. Upon checking my system, it was detected that my AC capacitor was weak. Ben called in to see if it was covered under warranty since my home is just 4yrs old, and sure enough it was and the part was able to be replaced at no charge to me except installation. Blaze is my maintenance go to from now on. Thanks again!!

Blaze Air has been servicing my A/C units for almost 30 years. They are always fast, courteous and most of all don't overcharge. I have a 19 year old heat pump that is still running great. Twice they have come out because it had quit and they could have told me the unit was toast, or charged for some outrageous part. I wouldn't have known. But both times, once in 2020 and again in 2022, they found a minor part that was inexpensive and got me back up and running. Their tech Robert McGuire was very courteous and explained everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
