I greatly appreciate the great customer service I received. We had a little mix up that occurred however Preston and Chris were the epitome of professionalism. Booked an appointment ahead of time a day prior for 8 am. I get there right on the dot which is when they open and I’m told I have to wait for the walk ins first. As far as I know that’s not how appointments work. The guy tried to explain “well sometimes I go to the doctor with an appointment and I’m not seen right away.” Well that’s because everyone ahead of you had an APPOINTMENT. The ignorance is astounding 😂😂

Please don't go to Just Tires - This place aims to take your money!!! Overcharging is an Understatement - I wouldn't recommend this Just Tires located on the corner of Patterson Ave and Reisterstown Rd to No One‼️
